Welcome
MARCUMS is an organization comprised of colleges and universities, located in but not limited to the following states: Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Washington D.C., and the Ohio Valley  
 
 
MARCUMS OBJECTIVES
• To advance the professional capabilities of its members in postal management.
• To provide for the exchange of information relating to products, techniques, and innovations in the field of educational institution mail services.
• To promote education for the designated members of member institutions.
• To provide a forum for the discussion of operating problems relating to postal management.
• To provide a listserv for MARCUMS.
 
POLICIES
MARCUMS is a non-political, non-sectarian, non-commercial, and non-profit making organization. Members and invited guests are welcome without regard to race, religion, national origin, handicap, gender, age, color, or sexual preference.
